Jill Bergantz (she/her) is a queer writer, conceptual artist, and journalist living on unceded MiWuk land in Northern California.

She is reporting it out.

After numerous publications, and awards in the US, Canada, UK, EU, and India, grants, fellowships, and writing residencies including The Community of Writers (CA), Mineral School (WA), and Sundress Academy for the Arts (TN), and publication of the anthology Written Here [And There], she’s honing in on a manuscript. Jill is available upon request for readings and panels.

Her conceptual textile sculpture has shown in the deYoung Museum, ARTWEEK, The Ford Center for the Fine Arts, bG Gallery, CTRL Collective, and DTLA, among other museums and galleries. Jill Bergantz was named one of the “Textile Artists of the Future” by the lecture series held at the deYoung Museum.
